At Faster Furniture, we partner with GigaCloud Technology for efficient and reliable wholesale fulfillment. Below is a detailed outline of our shipping practices, timelines, and expectations to ensure full transparency.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing time does not include transit time.
Fulfillment & Carrier Information

All orders are fulfilled by GigaCloud Technology’s third-party logistics (3PL) network, leveraging regional distribution centers for faster delivery.

Carriers may include FedEx, UPS, or LTL freight providers depending on the item size and destination.

Tracking numbers are provided once an order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time

Small Parcel Shipments: 3–7 business days from shipment

LTL Freight Shipments (large furniture): 7–14 business days, depending on delivery location and appointment scheduling
Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, inclement weather, or high-volume periods.
Freight Delivery for Oversized Items
For large furniture items shipped via LTL freight:

You will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a curbside delivery appointment.

Delivery requires an adult present to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Carriers do not move items inside your home or up staircases (unless white-glove delivery is selected at checkout, if available).
Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is $5 across the USA, not including Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.

Optional services such as white-glove delivery or expedited shipping (if available) are subject to additional charges.
Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives visibly damaged:

Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt (for freight)

Take clear photos of the damage and packaging

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at samuel@fasterfurniture.com
We will initiate a claim and coordinate a replacement or refund based on your situation.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also track your shipment via your account on our website.
Delivery Exceptions
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather events

Delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Missed freight appointments (which may result in re-delivery fees)
